1) Your Season Pass is honored on all operating days during
the 2005-2006 season.
2) Applications should include current photos, approximately 1.25 inches square, of
each applicant. Please identify each photo on the reverse side.
3) Payment and your application must be received at Black Mountain
on or before November 1, 2005 to insure the discounted rate.
4) Transfer to or use by another person, or anything which in management's opinion
is misconduct, misuse or a nuisance in the use of a Season Pass or any of the
facilities at Black Mountain, may result in the revocation of the Season Pass at
any time, without a refund. Further, anything which in management's opinion is
misconduct by a Season Pass holder, may result in the revocation of the Season
Pass at any time, without a refund.
5) ADULTS: age 18 and older as of January 1, 2006.
6) SENIORS: age 65 and older as of January 1, 2006.
7) COLLEGE STUDENTS: attending post secondary learning institution with a
current and valid student ID.
8) JUNIORS: age 17 and younger as of January 1, 2006.
9) Season Pass holders shall (a) visibly display their Season Pass when boarding
lifts; (b) present their Season Pass to any authorized representative of Black
Mountain upon request; and (c) shall refrain from misconduct and/or reckless
behavior.
10) Season Passes must be picked up at the ticket office prior to using the facilities.
No day tickets will be issued to Season Pass holders for any reason.
11) If your Season Pass is lost or damaged, please report it to the Ticket Office.
There will be a $25.00 replacement fee for any lost or damaged Season Pass.
12) The Liability Release and Indemnification Agreement attached hereto must be
executed prior to the issuance of any Season Pass.
