The goal of the one week session is to create an environment where all the campers, from beginners who have never been around horses before, to competent riders, learn more about the sport, as well as the daily care of the horses. Campers will be assigned a horse that they will spend the rest of the session getting to know. The Campers will be split into two groups based on their riding ability. In addition to a riding lesson every day, campers will also get a lesson in hippology (the study of horses), with topics ranging from basic horse care to more advanced topics. There will also be time for relaxing and having fun with the campers in non-horse related activities, such as arts and crafts, swimming, hiking, etc. To ensure a high quality program, wee will only be accepting 8 campers,
from ages 8-12, for each session. Unfortunatley, this means that spaces
