Teton Gravity Research, a sports media company that is committed to filming and documenting the progression of skiing (among other sports), teamed up with Indy Pass to create this short documentary “In Pursuit of Soul.” This film showcases the few remaining independently owned and operated ski resorts in the country. Black Mountain was grateful to not only be featured in the film but incredibly honored to have our iconic red Summit Double Chair (with Double Head’s peaks in the background) as the movie’s head lining poster! The release of “In Pursuit of Soul” has shown the tremendous importance that skiing locally has on our community. We are proud to offer these limited edition prints of the debuting movie poster. In the spirit of keeping the focus on our community, 100% of the proceeds goes to End 68 Hours of Hunger. End 68 is a public, not-for-profit effort that strives to meet the needs of those local school children who confront approximately 68 hours of hunger between the free lunch they receive in school on Friday afternoon, and the free breakfast they receive in school on Monday morning. We know you will enjoy “In Pursuit of Soul” as much as we love being a part of it.
