About Black Mountain
Black Mountain, established in the 1930s, is the oldest continuously operating ski resort in New Hampshire. The mountain plays a vital role in the Mount Washington Valley community, contributing significantly to the local culture and economy while providing generations of families with an authentic New England skiing experience for the last 90 years.
In 2024, Entabeni Systems and Indy Pass stepped in to save Black Mountain from certain closure. After operating the resort for the 24/25 winter season, Entabeni Systems and Indy Pass remain committed to transforming Black Mountain into a community-owned Co-Op ownership model, allowing the resort to remain open for another 90 years.

Why Black Mountain Matters
Black Mountain is a David surrounded by Goliaths. It's the only remaining independently-owned ski area in the Mt. Washington Valley, and the last of its kind to provide affordable and accessible skiing to the local community. This mountain is too crucial and too important for the community to lose. We're taking a stand to save it, and ensure it continues to offer affordable and accessible skiing for generations of families to come.
Join the mission and support the independent, community-focused mountain revolution - For the love of skiing.
